Come in for some practical preparation softened by pampering. If you've never breastfed before, had issues breastfeeding in the past or have a special needs situation (multiples, previous breast surgery), our expert lactation consultants at Beyond Birth Lactation can sit down with you before your baby is born to help you avoid common breastfeeding issues and transition into breastfeeding smoothly. Following the consultation let the gentle hands of our wonderful massage therapists relax your mind and ease your muscles.

When you are ready, you can come weigh your baby, get evidence-based information and make connections with other breastfeeding mothers at one breastfeeding support group session.

Mother's Milk Spa and Lactation Package

 

Welcome to motherhood! We want you to ease into this new role as effortlessly as possible. With less sleep and new responsibilities, navigating day-to-day can feel a little overwhelming sometimes. This package combines practicality with self-care, even with your little one in tow!

Come visit our Beyond Birth Lactation experts for an initial consultation that supports you and your baby's individual needs around the first few weeks of breastfeeding. Then we turn you over to one of our amazing massage therapists for some hugely important mama nurturing. Your baby can snuggle up on you for part of the massage if you wish, or be cuddled and cared for in the childcare room. This is followed by a spa pedicure, where your lower legs are exfoliated and massaged before being decorated with our low-fume Zoya line of nail polish. Babies can be worn or held at this time as well. We want to make this as accessible for you as possible, so the services can be performed on different days, depending on you and your child's needs and preferences. You deserve it!

Later, you can come weigh your baby, get evidence-based information and make connections with other breastfeeding mothers at one breastfeeding support group session.
