For access to our full array of lactation consultation services and lactation equipment and supplies call or visit us at our location within Zenana Spa and Wellness Center.

At Zenana Spa and Wellness Center, Beyond Birth offers in-center lactation consultations, breastfeeding classes, support groups, drop in (based on availability) consultations, baby weight checks, and a lovely boutique with all of our breastfeeding supplies and accessories, pumps, rentals, and much more!

Zenana Spa and Wellness Center Hours:
 (boutique is open, with access to breastfeeding accessories, pumps, nursing bras, and other products)

  • Daily 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

 

Lactation Consultant Hours:

  • Lactation consultation by appointment (or drop in, based on availability) at Zenana Spa and Wellness Center or in the privacy of your home (by appointment only):
    9:30 AM - 5:30 Monday - Friday
    10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturdays
  • Phone advice:
    9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
    10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturdays
  • CLOSED SUNDAYS

 

Payment Options
We accept payments by cash, checks, money orders, Zenana Spa and Wellness Center Gift Cards, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card for all services, sales and rentals. NEW - We are now accepting Healthcare Savings Account Cards!

Insurance Billing
Although we are not able to bill insurance for lactation clients, we will provide each client with an insurance reimbursement superbill, with all appropriate codes, and guidance/tips for submitting a request for reimbursement for services rendered or necessary lactation products directly to insurance companies. Client is responsible for paying for any consultation services or products, on the day services are rendered, regardless of insurance policy or likelihood of reimbursement.

Are Finances an Issue?
If you are low income, or your financial situation is such that the fees would preclude you from getting the services you need, a sliding scale and/or a grant-funded consultation, at no cost to you, may be available to ensure lactation services are accessible to all who need them.

Purchase the Breastfeeding Success Package and Save $20!
This package incudes a private prenatal breastfeeding class
at our office within Zenana Spa and Wellness Center AND a
postpartum consultation
in the privacy of your home for the reduced price of $215.

If you prefer the postpartum consultation portion to take place at our office, the package price is $165.
