Post Partum Lactation Consultations
For mothers who want breastfeeding support and assessment, we provide one-to-one counseling and follow up. For more information about circumstances that can be assisted by a lactation consultation, please click here:

At our office within Zenana Spa and Wellness Center:

  • Initial Postpartum Consultation
    (1.5-2 hours) $120
  • Initial Postpartum Twin Consultation
    (2-2.5 hours) $150
  • Postpartum Follow-up Consultation
    $60 per hour, prorated (average 60-90 min)
  • Weight Check (20 minutes) $20
    (and $60 per hour, prorated, if weight check appointment requires consultation beyond 20 minutes)
  • Pumping consultation (30 minutes) $40
In the convenience and privacy of your own home:
  • Initial Postpartum in-home Consultation
    (1.5-2 hours) $175
  • Initial Postpartum in-home Twin Consultation
    (2-2.5 hours) $205
  • Postpartum Follow-up in-home Consultation
    $90 per hour

Home visits are available in ALL ZIP CODES WITHIN PORTLAND, OREGON city limits, AND the following additional, non-Portland zip codes only:

  • 97266 and 97267 (also known as Milwaukie)
